Throughout my career, I've led impactful projects in government agencies, financial institutions, and private organizations, which has allowed me to deeply understand organizational dynamics and recognize that true results are achieved when companies and professionals find a balance between strategy and humanity.
I possess a strategic vision and a strong results orientation, supported by a people-centered approach focused on personal growth. At Althea, I integrate data analysis, coaching tools, and emotional intelligence principles to design customized solutions tailored to each client's specific needs and always aligned with their organizational or professional goals.

Experience
Psychologist with a master's degree in Human Talent Management and more than five years of experience leading selection, training, organizational development and workplace well-being processes in public and private sectors in Latin America, Spain and the United States.
